Cedar Creek Lake Coast Guard Boater Education Course

The U.S. Coast Guard auxilliary at Cedar Creek Lake is offering boater education courses.
Children under the age of 18 who operate a boat/PWC in Texas are required to complete a boater education course.  The course is $35.  The eight hour course is offered at their facility behind Don's Port Marina in Tool, TX.

Dates for the course are:
March 26, April 23, May 28, June 25, July 23, August 27, September 24 or October 22, 2011.

Coming out for the course in April or May is a great way to teach kids how important boating safety is.  Take the class with them - you'll learn, and your kids/grandkids will appreciate the time spent with you.
