Cedar Creek Lake Home Sales February waterfront sales have rebounded to exceed sales we saw in February of 2008 by 1 home. This is great news, considering January marked the worst month in waterfront sales in the last 5 years. With the improved stock market performance, we are seeing some increase in the number of second home buyers as 13 waterfront homes have contracts pending.

Off-water homes sales took their turn at the bottom in February. We are looking forward to significant improvement in March as 34 off-water homes have contracts pending.

Our team has gratefully sold 2 waterfront homes, 2 off-water homes (almost 10% of those sold) and 3 commercial properties this year.
